Villa Bice was built in the 20s for Albertine Fasoli Martinengo, originating from the same noble family in Brescia. Her son, Girolamo Fasoli, director of the «Credito Italiano» bank, purchased a building land plot in Teresa Ronketti, the director of «Zurigo assicurazioni» of that times, . The villa has been entrusted to the architect Antoniazzi.
